By accessing or using FreeiPDF (freeipdf.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use this website.

FreeiPDF provides free browser-based tools for everyday document and productivity work — merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, signing and watermarking PDFs, as well as image tools, text and code utilities, calculators and generators (such as QR codes and secure passwords). All processing happens locally on your device; your files are not uploaded to us. No account, registration or payment is required. The service is provided free of charge, without any guarantee of availability, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

You agree not to use FreeiPDF to:

• Process documents you do not have the right to modify;
• Create, distribute or manipulate content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent or infringing;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure;
• Use automated systems to access the tools in a way that degrades the experience for others.

We reserve the right to block access from networks or users that violate these rules.

Since your files are processed entirely on your device and never uploaded, you retain full ownership and control of every document you use with our tools. We claim no rights whatsoever over your content, and we cannot access it even if we wanted to — by design.

The FreeiPDF name, logo, design, text and code are the property of FreeiPDF and its licensors. The service incorporates open-source components used under their respective licenses. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the right to use the tools as offered.

The service is provided strictly “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every conversion or edit will match your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it is free of errors. Always keep backups of important documents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeiPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including data loss, lost profits or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. As our tools never upload your files, you remain solely responsible for the files you choose to process and the results you download. You agree to keep backups of any document before using a tool on it.

The site may display advertisements and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these terms accordingly. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
